Washington (AFP) – A new deal between Augusta National and Amazon Prime Video will boost US television coverage of the Masters by four hours starting next year, club chairman Fred Riley announced Tuesday. The Masters has limited television coverage hours more than other golf majors over the years, in part as a way of showcasing value to ticket purchasers.

Prime Video will join US domestic coverage by CBS Sports and ESPN for the first and second rounds on April 9-10, 2026, with live streaming from 1-3 p.m. local time (1700-1900 GMT) ahead of ESPN coverage over the following 4.5 hours. Live streaming for the final two rounds on April 11-12 will be presented by Paramount+ starting at noon before CBS coverage from 2-7 p.m. on both days.

“Working alongside Amazon in this capacity is an exciting opportunity for the Masters tournament and its fans,” Ridley said. “We are proud of our longstanding partnerships with CBS Sports and ESPN, who have set the highest standard for broadcast coverage of the Masters. The addition of Amazon will only further our abilities to expand and enhance how the tournament is presented and enjoyed.”
